- 1° In the field of diplomacy and high-level international relations, where holders of postgraduate degrees from the institution have formally presented their academic credentials to Heads of State and Ministries of Foreign Affairs (as recorded in the public records of the Colombian Foreign Ministry regarding the accreditation of diplomatic ambassadors with a master's degree from the institution);
